(Greensboro, NC) Jeff comes to you from Greensboro, NC. He's been playing trumpet since he was little...but took a hiatus off it to find a real job! Once he did...he picked the horn back up and has been playing in earnest since 2004. He's played with the Durham Community Jazz Orchestra...Leon Jordan and the Continentals, out of Raleigh, and even took a shot at doing 2 seasons of "All Age Drum Corps"...Carolina Gold. He's always looking for more "metal to face" time. Jeff's thoughts on life: As much as we try to steer clear of our parent's paths...you usually end up more like them that you ever thought you would. Jeff's Dad played trumpet...and was an entomologist (that's "Bugs" by the way). Jeff is an entomologist now too...playing his horn with a certain connection to the past. "You never could have convinced me that I'd be doing what I do now...when I was 20...but here I am...enjoying the journey!"
